Can I start off saying I FREAKING LOVE THIS RECIPE!!
If your in one of those moods and want Chocolate ice cream for breakfast this is a great alternative! It’s sweet and satisfying and full of Chia seeds which everyone loves.

Chia seeds are full of pectin which help pull toxins out of your digestive tract!
You will need:
- ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
- ¾ cups cold water
- ¼ cups Chia Seeds
- 5-6 pitted Medjool Dates
- 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ TSP Vanilla Extract
Throw your ingredients into a blender and let it do its thing for a few minutes. This is an instant recipie and the more water you use the thinner it is. If you leave some to set a while it will get super thick, so use water to make it as creamy as you are looking for.
I’ve experimented with this recipe so much. Fruit instead of chocolate while reducing the coconut milk, or replace the coconut milk with coffee for a chocolate breakfast dessert that wakes you up! Whatever way you choose, this is a really versatile and adjustable recipie.
